Our mission is to train, coach and empower our clients to enhance themselves in the areas of real estate and/or mortgage financing. 

Our Training program for Maryland Mortgage Originator's Prelicensing Training has been approved by Maryland Higher Education Commission since December 2007 and by Maryland Division of Financial Regulation since November 2006. The program has been changed to meet SAFE Act since July 2009.

Prakash Kunjeer is Director and Trainer for the Mortgage Training Program.  He has been in residential Real Estate industry since 1990. 

Training provided at MAXA Strategies will enable you to qualify for a license in Maryland.  Most importantly, however, it will also enable you to conduct your mortgage origination as if you had been in business for a long while.
